KORA – Release It All
KORA is a structured drawing meditation designed to help you release mental and emotional tension and gently shift your focus toward what brings more balance and clarity. It is a practical, creative tool you can use independently — anytime you need more clarity, calm, or direction.
KORA works by gently bringing your attention into the present moment through simple, structured drawing. This helps calm the mind, release tension, and create space for new perspectives. At the same time, the process allows for intuition, personal meaning, and subtle inner shifts to unfold naturally.
Structure & freedom
KORA follows a sequence of clear, repeatable steps. This structure provides safety and focus, allowing the mind to slow down and the nervous system to settle. Within these steps, there is no right or wrong way to draw.
No artistic experience is needed. No performance, judgment, or outcome is expected.
The simplicity of the process creates space for authentic expression. Each drawing becomes a reflection of a unique inner moment — shaped by attention rather than effort.
Letting go
Each KORA session begins by choosing a personal focus: a thought, emotion, recurring pattern, or situation from daily life. For example, you might bring a stressful situation to the page, and notice how it feels lighter and more spacious by the end of the drawing.
Through the act of drawing, attention naturally shifts away from mental loops and into the present moment. This shift supports the release of stored tension and helps soften fixed patterns of thinking. Many people experience a sense of relief, clarity, or emotional lightness — not by analyzing their experience, but by allowing it to move and transform.
As the process continues, focus often moves organically toward what feels supportive, meaningful, or positive. In this way, KORA trains the ability to redirect attention — a key skill in psychological well-being.
Lasting change
KORA is not only about insight, but about inner movement. By working with attention, sensation, and expression, the practice strengthens self-awareness and emotional resilience over time.
Because the method is clear and repeatable, it can be used independently as a personal tool. Many participants describe KORA as something they return to whenever they need to reset, let go, or reconnect with themselves.
This ongoing practice supports a more intentional way of living, with greater balance, focus, and trust in one’s inner guidance.
Join a session
Guided KORA sessions take place at the Yarid HaTzva’im studio in Hod Hasharon, in small, intimate groups of up to six participants.
A typical KORA session lasts about 60 minutes and includes a guided settling-in, drawing time, and a few moments to land and notice how you feel.
